***Please note, all courses and programs offered at Life Coaching Institute of America are taught in the English language.  ***Students must be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma and/or GED.  Life Coaching Institute of America offers you a full ICF ACC Coaching Education pathway.  LCIA strategically integrates MI and the ICF Core Competencies that provides our students with a life changing communication skillset.

All classes are taught by the founders of LCIA.

Complete your 60 hours of coaching education from the comfort of your home or office via ZOOM. No travel required. With our small class size, a maximum of 14 students per class, you will receive individualized attention and a wonderful opportunity to engage and network with other coaching students in class.

You will also receive 10 hours of mentor coach training via Zoom classes. Seven of these sessions are group and three sessions are individual.

– 60 hours ICF Approved Coaching Education via ZOOM

– 30 hours are synchronous and 30 hours are asynchronous

– 10 hours of ICF Mentor Coaching via Zoom

  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching via Zoom platform
    -7 hours are group mentor coaching
    -3 hours are individual mentor coaching
  • Focus of Mentor Coaching is ICF Core Competencies
  • Completion of Mentor Coaching due within 6 months of registration and onset of course
  • Student development

  • Observation of cohort coaching and tracking the coaching conversation as it pertains to ICF Code of Ethics, Core Competencies and Motivational Interviewing communication skillset
  • Student submission of one (1) 20-minute coaching tape script with written review by trainer. Additional tape reviews will be charged $75.00 per tape.
